This involves collaborating closely with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and the Head of Policy and Strategic Partnerships to develop a comprehensive framework that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives, growth priorities, and public policy trends.

Core Duties

• Develop and implement a strategic partnerships strategy and framework aligned with Maximus's overall strategy and growth priorities.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage key national and regional strategic partnerships that enhance commissioning relationships.
• Ensure all partnerships are in line with public policy trends and contribute to the company’s mission and vision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships within a corporate or similar environment.
• A deep understanding of public policy, especially as it relates to healthcare and government contracts.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
