What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and Head of Policy to develop a comprehensive strategic partnerships strategy and framework aligned with Maximus' overall objectives.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage key national and regional partnerships that enhance commissioning relationships and drive business growth.
• Analyze public policy trends and their impact on the company's strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic partnership development, preferably within a corporate or government affairs context.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
