About the Role
The Head of Strategic Partnerships will collaborate with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and the Head of Policy and Strategic Partnerships to develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnerships strategy. This role involves identifying, prioritizing, and managing key national and regional partnerships that align with Maximus' growth priorities and public policy trends.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic partnerships framework aligned with Maximus’ overall strategy and growth objectives.
- Identify potential partners and prioritize relationships to enhance commissioning opportunities and business development.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at the national and regional levels.
- Contribute to the formulation of public policy positions that support Maximus’ strategic goals.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, corporate affairs, and public policy. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage complex relationships at all levels of government.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships or related fields is required.
- Experience working with federal, state, and local governments is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful public-private partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
