VP, Strategic Partnerships

About the Role

As VP, Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the vision and execution of partnership initiatives that expand our market presence, unlock new revenue channels, and deepen our philanthropic footprint. This full-time leadership position is based at our Tarrytown headquarters and reports to the executive team. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven culture where relationship-building and strategic thinking directly shape company growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities with luxury brands, retail platforms, distribution partners, and nonprofit organizations that share Kendra Scott's brand values and community commitment
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, managing terms, performance metrics, and ongoing relationship stewardship to ensure mutual success
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives spanning co-marketing, retail expansion, digital channels, and brand collaborations to drive awareness and revenue
• Cultivate relationships with C-level partners and key stakeholders, serving as senior-level liaison and brand champion
• Champion our philanthropic partnership strategy, connecting Kendra Scott's giving mission with corporate and community partners to maximize social impact
• Provide strategic insights and partnership performance updates to senior leadership and board stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management experience in fashion, luxury goods, retail, or consumer brands
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, structuring, and closing significant partnership deals and collaborative initiatives
• Executive-level relationship and negotiation expertise with proven influence at the C-suite
• Strategic thinker with ability to align partnership opportunities with brand mission and business objectives
• Experience in retail partnerships, omnichannel distribution, or brand collaboration ecosystems
• Strong communication and project management capabilities in managing complex, cross-functional work streams
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
