About the Role

As Vice President of Digital Site Merchandising at Kendra Scott, you'll lead the strategic vision for how our products are presented and promoted across our digital channels. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies that enhance product discovery, increase conversion rates, and drive customer engagement
• Oversee the creation of compelling product assortments, layouts, and promotional campaigns across the website and mobile platforms
• Lead and mentor a merchandising team, fostering a collaborative culture aligned with our company values of creativity and excellence

• 10+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or related retail leadership roles

• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and merchandising software
