About the Role

As a Bench Jeweler at Helzberg Diamonds, you'll be the expert behind the counter, restoring worn and damaged jewelry to pristine condition. Your work directly supports our five-star shopping experience and drives store sales by ensuring dependable, quality repairs with fast turnaround. You'll manage client repairs from intake through completion at our West Town location, maintaining the quality standards and timelines our customers trust.

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality jewelry repairs including ring resizing, stone setting, soldering, refinishing, and restoration
• Manage the workflow of incoming repairs to deliver fast, reliable turnaround while upholding quality standards customers expect
• Assess jewelry damage, evaluate repair requirements, and communicate estimates clearly to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized workbench and properly care for specialized repair tools and equipment
• Document repairs accurately and track inventory to support efficient store operations
• Build customer loyalty through professional communication and consistent, on-time service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a jewelry repair technician, bench jeweler, or in a similar jewelry craft role
• Expert technical skills in ring sizing, stone setting, soldering, polishing, and jewelry restoration
• Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work efficiently, prioritize multiple repairs, and meet turnaround-time commitments
