About the Role

The Head of Strategic Partnerships will collaborate with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and the Head of Policy and Strategic Partnerships to develop and execute a strategic partnerships strategy that aligns with Maximus' overall strategy, growth priorities, and key public policy trends. This role involves identifying, prioritizing, and managing critical national and regional partnerships that enhance commissioning relationships.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnerships framework aligned with Maximus’ strategic goals and objectives.
• Identify and prioritize key national and strategic regional partnerships to support growth and collaboration initiatives.
• Manage existing partnerships, ensuring they meet the company’s strategic objectives and deliver value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and effective partnership execution.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in developing and managing strategic partnerships. Key requirements include:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate affairs, strategic partnerships, or related fields.
