What This Role Involves
The Head of Strategic Partnerships will work closely with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and the Head of Policy and Strategic Partnerships to develop and implement a strategic partnerships strategy that aligns with Maximus' overall strategy, growth priorities, and key public policy trends. The role involves identifying, prioritizing, and managing key national and regional partnerships that enhance commissioning relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnerships strategy aligned to the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify and prioritize potential partners for collaboration based on mutual benefits and alignment with Maximus' mission.
- Manage existing key national and regional partnerships, ensuring they contribute positively to the company’s growth and reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Corporate Affairs, Strategy, Policy, and others to ensure strategic alignment and execution of partnership initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships or related fields, preferably within the healthcare or public sector context.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partnership strategies that drive business growth and enhance organizational reputation.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing complex relationships at both national and regional levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong networks and fostering collaborative environments.
