The Opportunity
Maximus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to join our team in Jenks, Oklahoma. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing strategic partnerships that align with the company's growth priorities and public policy trends.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and Head of Policy and Strategic Partnerships to develop a comprehensive strategic partnerships strategy and framework aligned with Maximus' overall strategy.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage key national and regional partnerships that enhance commissioning relationships and drive business growth.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic partnership development within the public sector or related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative partnerships with government agencies, non-profits, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to identify salient public policy trends that can inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization and external partners.
