About the Role

The Head of Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a strategic partnerships strategy aligned with Maximus' overall strategy, growth priorities, and public policy trends. This position requires collaboration with key stakeholders including the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and the Head of Policy and Strategic Partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnerships framework that supports Maximus’ objectives.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage key national and regional partnerships to enhance commissioning relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of partnership goals with broader organizational strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships or related fields, preferably within the public sector or healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of government and private organizations.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects and driving results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in policy analysis and understanding of public policy trends.
