About This Position

The Head of Strategic Partnerships will work closely with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and the Head of Policy and Strategic Partnerships to develop and implement a strategic partnerships strategy that aligns with Maximus' overall growth priorities and public policy trends. Key responsibilities include identifying, prioritizing, and managing key national and regional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and Head of Policy and Strategic Partnerships to create a strategic partnerships framework aligned with Maximus' strategy and growth priorities.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage key national and strategic regional partnerships that enhance commissioning relationships.

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate affairs, strategic partnerships, or a related field is required. A bachelor's degree in business administration, public policy, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
