Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and Head of Policy to develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnerships framework.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage key national and regional partnerships that support commissioning relationships.
• Ensure all partnerships are aligned with Maximus' strategy, growth priorities, and salient public policy trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships in the public sector or related fields.
• Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards achieving partnership objectives.
• A deep understanding of public policy trends and their impact on business strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
