Role Overview

The Government Technology Agency in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) is seeking a Senior Rail Asset Renewal Engineer to lead asset renewal efforts for MRT/LRT systems. This role involves managing RTS assets, monitoring their condition, and collaborating with LTA divisions to develop long-term renewal methodologies and cash-flow forecasts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage RTS assets and monitor their conditions.
• Develop and implement asset renewal methodologies.
• Create and maintain cash-flow forecasts for long-term planning.
• Prepare funding submissions for asset renewal projects.
• Coordinate with LTA divisions to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in rail asset management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and renew assets effectively.
• Strong understanding of MRT/LRT systems and their lifecycle.
• Experience in developing cash-flow forecasts for large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
