What This Role Involves

The Specialist Demand Planning role at HARIBO Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. involves operational demand planning across the APAC region, ensuring accurate demand forecasts and supporting the end-to-end planning process. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, further integrating demand planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for the APAC region
• Support the end-to-end planning process across various departments
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in demand planning
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform planning strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on planning goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Experience with demand planning software and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus
