About This Position
We are seeking a transformative and dynamic Manager, Demand Planning to strengthen demand planning operations and planning excellence. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Supply Chain Planning, this role will drive core demand planning routines, improve forecast quality, and embed standardized planning practices and tools.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience as a Demand Planner or similar role within the healthcare industry is required.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in demand planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other relevant software tools
