The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and proactive fundraising professional to drive income growth, secure strategic partnerships, and support our charity in making a real difference in local communities. As the Fundraising & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance revenue streams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to increase income generation
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and individual donors
- Identify, research, and pursue new funding opportunities
- Oversee the management of donor databases and reporting systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on fundraising goals and objectives
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and board members
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the nonprofit sector
- Demonstrated success in securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, or grants
- Strong understanding of fundraising techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
