Customer Service Specialist - Direct to Consumer (Temporary)
The Opportunity
At Brooksrunning, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Temporary Customer Service Specialist to join our Runner Experience Team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service during our busiest season. You will be responsible for responding to emails, calls, social media, chats, text messages, and product reviews. The position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Respond enthusiastically to customer inquiries via email, phone, social media, chat, text, and product reviews.
- Provide expert product knowledge and support for all areas of the business where a direct connection with a runner is present.
- Attend virtual trainings during your first and second full weeks (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PT).
What You Bring
- A passion for running and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of running products and terminology is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
