Fit summary

Strong fit if you like high-touch shopper help for a performance running brand, can work on-site in Seattle, and are comfortable with temporary DTC support during busy retail cycles.

Day in the role

As a temporary Customer Service Specialist focused on Direct-to-Consumer at Brooks Running, a typical day would center on shopper and order support: answering product, sizing, shipping, and return questions; updating tickets/CRM notes; coordinating with warehouse or fulfillment partners; and escalating quality or warranty issues. Peak volume often tracks launches and promo periods when retail coverage of Brooks shoes spikes.
