About the Role

As a Donor Specialist, you will be the friendly face that greets donors, helps them unload contributions, and ensures that donated items are handled efficiently and respectfully. What You'll Do

• Welcome donors, collect items, and issue receipts in accordance with store procedures
• Sort, inspect, and categorize donations for resale or recycling
• Maintain a clean, organized donation area and follow safety guidelines
• Assist with light merchandising tasks such as pricing and shelving of approved goods
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about donation policies and store programs
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily donation goals and support store operations

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds safely
• Basic math skills for processing donations and handling cash
