Position Summary

As a Disease Claims Handler with Davies in Birmingham you will manage caseloads of occupational disease matters that cover both short-tail and long-tail timelines. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review medical evidence, establish liability parameters and decide next handling steps in line with team standards
• Correspond regularly with claimants, solicitors, medical experts and internal colleagues to move files forward
• Maintain precise digital records, diary entries and progress notes so every case remains audit-ready
• Meet agreed service timescales and quality measures while contributing to the wider Casualty team in Birmingham
