This full-time, on-site leadership role sits at the intersection of strategy, commercialization, and brand building.

About the Role

As Director, U.S. Neuroscience Pipeline & Established Brand Marketing, you will help drive Otsuka's U.S. commercialization agenda, making sure pipeline assets are set up for sustainable, long-term success. The position centers on market assessment, competitive intelligence, and the development of early-stage brand strategy that prepares future neuroscience products for a strong market entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Otsuka's U.S. commercialization efforts across both pipeline and established neuroscience brands.
• Evaluate market opportunity and conduct in-depth assessments to inform positioning decisions.
• Lead competitive analysis to anticipate threats, identify gaps, and sharpen differentiation.
• Build early brand strategy that positions pipeline assets for durable, long-term performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to align commercial planning with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical or biotech brand marketing, ideally within neuroscience.
• Strong command of market assessment, competitive analysis, and brand strategy development.
• A strategic, innovative mindset paired with the ability to translate insight into commercial action.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Helena, Lewis and Clark County.
