About the Role

This full-time leadership position oversees both Marketing and Thought Leader Liaison functions for a distinctive neurology program. You'll shepherd initiatives from conception through market execution, tackling the unique challenges of rare disease commercialization where every patient decision and clinical partnership matters profoundly.

What You'll Do

• Lead integrated marketing strategy for rare neurological conditions, balancing clinical complexity with patient access and physician engagement
• Direct the Thought Leader Liaison program, cultivating strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and medical experts in neurology
• Manage cross-functional teams including market research, communications, and medical affairs specialists to execute cohesive launch and growth plans
• Develop market analysis, competitive positioning, and key performance indicators specific to ultra-rare disease categories
• Build reimbursement and access strategies that address the distinctive barriers of rare neurological disease treatment
• Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize impact and patient reach

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in rare disease marketing, preferably in neurology or similarly complex therapeutic areas
• Proven track record launching or scaling therapies for limited-patient populations
• Senior-level marketing leadership experience with ability to direct teams and influence at the executive level
• Deep understanding of the regulatory, payer, and physician dynamics unique to rare neurological disease
• Strategic mindset paired with strong execution skills and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management across medical, commercial, and patient advocacy channels
