About the Role

As Senior Strategy and Executive Operations Manager for Ads Marketing, you will own the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of critical business initiatives. You will work closely with executive leadership to translate business objectives into actionable plans, manage complex cross-functional projects, and ensure alignment across teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support Google's Ads business objectives
• Lead strategic planning processes, setting priorities and defining success metrics
• Manage operations for executive teams, including scheduling, communication, and project coordination
• Identify and solve complex, ambiguous business problems through data-driven analysis and creative problem-solving
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions
• Track and report on strategic initiative progress, adjusting approach as needed
• Build and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
