What This Role Involves

We are seeking a seasoned partnerships leader to own the commercial success and ongoing relationship with our portfolio of most strategic embedded partners. You will be responsible for driving bookings and ARR across these partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners
• Increase revenue by identifying new sales opportunities within partner networks
• Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to ensure mutual growth
• Analyze market trends and partner performance data to inform business decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales, marketing, and product teams with partners’ goals

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships or sales leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through partner channels
• Strong understanding of global employment and compliance issues
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
