About the Role
The Director of Operations serves as a key member of our leadership team, reporting to the Executive Director of Administration. In this exempt position, you will manage all operational aspects of the center while leading the Administrative Coordinator, Kitchen Manager, and Transportation Liaison to ensure seamless, mission-driven service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Direct center operations, ensuring daily activities run efficiently and align with organizational standards
- Lead and supervise the Administrative Coordinator, Kitchen Manager, and Transportation Liaison to support center functions
- Develop and manage operational budgets and resource allocation
- Oversee facility maintenance, kitchen operations, and transportation coordination
- Partner with program directors to coordinate services and support organizational priorities
- Establish and maintain safety, health, and regulatory compliance protocols
- Build a positive team culture that supports both staff excellence and quality service to our community

- Demonstrated experience managing operations and supervising teams in nonprofit, community, or youth-serving settings
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building engaged, high-performing teams
- Solid skills in budgeting, planning, and resource management
