Senior Copier Account Executive

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is hiring a Senior Copier Account Executive in Burlington City, Burlington County to lead enterprise sales and build lasting client partnerships in the document management and imaging solutions space.

What This Role Involves

In this full-time Senior Copier Account Executive position, you'll drive revenue growth by selling advanced multifunction printer and digital solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. You'll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and consultation through closing and account management—using your consultative selling approach to understand complex customer needs and position technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to drive new business development and expansion within existing customer accounts
• Conduct needs-based discovery with decision-makers to understand their document workflow, operational challenges, and technology requirements
• Design and present customized copier, printer, and document management solutions that address specific customer business problems
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes; build relationships with key stakeholders and close complex deals
• Manage the full customer lifecycle: proposal development, negotiation, contract closure, and ongoing account growth
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast tracking; meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Serve as the customer voice internally; communicate market feedback and competitive insights to leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in technology, document management, office equipment, or similar solutions
• Strong consultative selling expertise; ability to translate customer needs into compelling technical and business value propositions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfort presenting to C-level executives
• Self-motivated, results-driven professional with demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas and close complex deals
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent sales experience considered
