About the Role
We're seeking a full-time Mitsubishi Sales Consultant to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales at our Burnsville-area Mitsubishi dealership. In this role, you'll combine product knowledge with genuine customer service to guide vehicle shoppers through every step of their purchasing journey. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated professional ready to grow in automotive retail.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage customers on the lot and in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and match them to the right Mitsubishi vehicle
- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives
- Present vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
- Build rapport and maintain customer relationships
- Complete sales documentation and finalize transactions
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
- Stay current with Mitsubishi lineup and product updates
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Track record in customer service or sales (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry
- Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership
