About the Role

As a Commercial Service Technician at Orkin, you'll service commercial properties throughout the Eudora area, delivering expert pest management to help businesses maintain healthy, pest-free facilities. You'll work independently and as part of a dedicated service team, building strong customer relationships while solving real pest control challenges for restaurants, warehouses, offices, retail locations, and other commercial properties that depend on reliable pest management.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions
• Apply targeted pest control treatments using approved products and methods in accordance with safety regulations
• Install, service, and monitor baiting stations, traps, and detection equipment
• Document treatment details, findings, and recommendations accurately in service records
• Answer customer questions and provide practical guidance on pest prevention and property maintenance
• Maintain company vehicles and service equipment to ensure reliable performance
• Build customer loyalty through consistent, professional service and reliable scheduling

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work comfortably in varied environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn pest identification and control techniques on the job
• Capability to work independently and manage your service schedule effectively
