About the Role

As an In Home Care Provider, you'll work directly with clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity while managing everyday tasks. This flexible, part-time position pays $13/hr and allows you to build genuine relationships while making a real difference in your community.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support during daily interactions
• Ensure a safe, clean living environment for your clients
• Support mobility and transportation to appointments or errands as needed
• Communicate observations and updates to the FirstLight care team
• Treat every client with respect, patience, and personalized attention
