About the Role
As Director of Insights & Revenue Growth Management at Hlf 2023, you'll oversee the development and execution of comprehensive analytics, consumer insights, and revenue optimization strategies. You'll work cross-functionally to translate market and customer data into actionable business strategies that drive sustainable growth, improve margins, and strengthen competitive positioning.
What You'll Do
- Direct analytics and insights teams to develop consumer and category management capabilities that inform strategic decision-making
- Design and implement revenue management frameworks and pricing strategies to optimize profitability across the business
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that leverage data to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Build dashboards and reporting systems that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop talent within the analytics organization and mentor high-performing team members
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, market research, or revenue management
- Proven track record leading and scaling analytics or insights functions in a fast-paced organization
- Deep expertise in consumer behavior analysis, category management, or revenue optimization
- Strong command of data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker who translates data into competitive advantage and business growth
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field; MBA preferred
