Director, Growth Marketing

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client in Canada seeking a Director, Growth Marketing to lead demand generation strategy and execution. This is a builder role for someone ready to own pipeline generation at enterprise scale.

Our client serves both payer and provider organizations in the healthcare sector. You'll be marketing into complex B2B buyer groups with long procurement cycles and multiple stakeholders — the kind of environment where your craft actually gets tested.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Own pipeline generation across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn), SEO, content, lifecycle/email, and account-based marketing
• Optimize and rebuild the MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Bizible, Demandbase, Qualified) to operate with AI-first workflows
• Design AI agents that pull signal to plan campaigns, launch and sequence them across channels, and continuously test without manual handoffs
• Continuously test messaging, creative, and campaign structure to move pipeline
• Own reporting: define KPIs and dashboards that Sales trusts
• Drive AI Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy as buyers increasingly use LLMs for vendor research
• Partner strategically with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and manage access appropriately

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing with real ownership of pipeline outcomes
• Enterprise background marketing to large, complex organizations with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn), SEO, content, and account-based marketing
• Fluency in pipeline metrics: MQL/SQL/SQO conversion, pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity
• Real experience building AI agents or automations beyond basic prompting
• Strategic and hands-on: equally comfortable setting the plan and executing it
• Bonus: Experience with ABM platforms like Demandbase or 6sense
• Bonus: Background in HealthTech, FinTech, InsurTech, or other large enterprise-focused products
• Bonus: Payer or provider marketing experience

AI Fluency: Our client is an AI-native organization. You'll be expected to leverage AI tools daily to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making. As a director-level hire, you'll drive AI adoption and shape how work gets done across teams.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in Canada. The position offers flexibility between office-centric and remote work depending on your location relative to the client's Toronto headquarters.

Pay

The compensation range for this role through our client is $145,000–$170,000 CAD base salary, exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits. Your final offer will reflect your skills, experience, and performance potential.
