Cyber Risk Services Director

About the Role

As Cyber Risk Services Director, you will guide the direction of Travelers' cyber risk function in Atlanta, Georgia. This full-time, in-office position calls for a strategic leader who can blend deep technical understanding with sound business judgment to protect our customers, our communities, and one another — the heart of the Travelers Promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the strategic vision for cyber risk services across the organization.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize cyber exposures, translating complex risk into clear business guidance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team within a culture built on collaboration and innovation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen risk frameworks, controls, and response capabilities.
• Champion best practices that uphold Travelers' long-standing reputation for stability and trust.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within cyber risk, information security, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong command of risk assessment methodologies and the evolving threat landscape.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
