About the Role
Sevita is seeking compassionate Direct Support Staff to empower individuals with diverse abilities in community and home settings. In this role, you will provide person-centered support with daily living skills, community integration, and social and recreational activities, while promoting independence, safety, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support for daily living skills such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

Skills & Qualifications
- A strong commitment to serving individuals with diverse abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a direct support role or related field is preferred but not required.
- Certification as a Direct Support Professional or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
