About the Role

As Digital Product Owner for Pharma eCommerce (Post Purchase), you'll lead the vision and execution of customer-facing digital capabilities that drive value after the initial transaction. You'll partner across teams to refine the complete customer journey, manage product roadmaps, and oversee the daily execution of software development operations. Your decisions shape how pharmacy partners and end customers interact with Cardinal Health's digital ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the post-purchase digital experience strategy for pharmaceutical eCommerce platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements
• Partner with UX designers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and guide sprint planning and execution
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement cycles
• Support cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle
• Balance business objectives with technical constraints and user needs

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role
• Demonstrated expertise in eCommerce or digital platform development
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry environments (preferred)
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
