Fujifilm is hiring a full-time Counsel to strengthen the legal team supporting the Imaging Division of FUJIFILM North America Corporation. Based in Boise, Ada County, this attorney role focuses on direct-to-consumer and ecommerce commerce law, reporting to a collaborative in-house legal department.
About the Role
You will serve as Counsel specializing in D2C and ecommerce transactions for our Imaging Division. This is an independent and integral position within our legal function, handling commercial legal matters across our digital sales channels, consumer transaction frameworks, and online business operations. Your expertise will directly support strategic decision-making and operational risk management for our growing direct-to-consumer business.
What You'll Do
- Advise on direct-to-consumer sales agreements, terms of service, and customer-facing legal policies
- Review and negotiate ecommerce contracts with technology vendors, payment processors, and fulfillment partners
- Ensure compliance with online commerce regulations and consumer protection requirements
- Assess legal exposure in digital transactions and provide recommendations to mitigate risk
- Partner with business stakeholders to structure D2C initiatives within legal parameters
- Support the broader legal team on matters affecting online sales operations
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor degree and active bar license in the United States
- Substantial experience practicing commercial transactions law
- Specialized expertise in direct-to-consumer sales and ecommerce law
- Ability to work autonomously while integrating effectively with team leadership
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills
