Digital Marketing Manager

Docker is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our US-based team in a full-time position. As a trusted platform serving millions of developers worldwide, we're seeking a marketing professional to help amplify our brand and drive awareness of our container and developer tools across digital channels.

Position Summary

As Digital Marketing Manager at Docker, you'll lead our marketing efforts to reach and engage developers across the United States. Docker powers over 20 million monthly users who rely on our suite of products—including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout—to build, share, and run containerized applications. In this role, you'll develop and execute digital marketing strategies that highlight our developer platform and drive growth through targeted digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns that resonate with developer and technical audiences
• Manage marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and community platforms
• Create and oversee marketing content that educates and engages the Docker developer community
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to measure results and optimize for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
• Support brand positioning and messaging across Docker's product ecosystem

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing or related marketing management roles
• Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to interpret marketing analytics and optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with content creation ability
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Background with developer tools, open-source projects, or technical products preferred
• Comfort working collaboratively within a globally distributed team
