About the Role
As Demand Marketing Manager for our Science division, you'll own both the strategy and hands-on execution of campaigns designed to build awareness, generate qualified leads, and fuel revenue growth. This is your opportunity to shape how institutions and educators discover our transformative learning solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and launch integrated demand generation campaigns targeting science educators, academic institutions, and learning administrators
- Build marketing funnels and nurture sequences that move prospects through the buyer journey
- Manage multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, digital advertising, content promotion, webinars, and strategic partnerships
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM data to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with sales, product, and content teams to align messaging, positioning, and campaign timing with market demand
- Develop and refine value propositions that resonate with science educators and institutional decision-makers
- Stay informed about trends in educational technology, science curriculum innovation, and demand generation methodologies
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years driving demand generation or marketing management success, ideally in education, SaaS, or B2B sectors
- Proven track record launching campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue results
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Strong project management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Excellent communicator who can translate strategy into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience in or knowledge of K-12 or higher education markets (preferred)
- Remote-ready professional who manages priorities independently and thrives with autonomy
