Enrollment Manager (Remote)

What This Role Involves

As an Enrollment Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our enrollment operations, managing critical processes that connect aspiring learners with the educational programs they need to succeed. You'll work cross-functionally to optimize enrollment workflows, ensure a seamless experience for applicants, and help remove barriers to educational access. This remote position allows you to develop and implement enrollment strategies while collaborating with teams across Cengage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee enrollment processes from application through onboarding, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor enrollment metrics, track program performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with academic programs and support teams to resolve enrollment obstacles and answer prospective student inquiries
• Maintain detailed records of applications, enrollments, and student data in accordance with company policies
• Develop and execute strategies to increase enrollment rates and improve candidate conversion
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current learners throughout the enrollment journey

Requirements

• Proven experience managing enrollment, admissions, or similar educational program processes
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with data management tools and systems; experience with CRM platforms is a plus
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in all documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with virtual teams
• Passion for supporting learner success and advancing educational access
