Data Center Audit Compliance Manager – Insurance, Licensing & City Inspections – Michigan

Oracle is hiring a full-time Data Center Audit Compliance Manager to lead insurance, licensing, and city inspection oversight at our new Michigan AI data center in Saline Township, 35 miles southwest of Ann Arbor. This on-site role ensures our facility maintains full regulatory compliance and passes all municipal, state, and federal audits.

About the Role

You'll own all compliance and audit functions for one of Oracle's newest data center operations. Your work directly impacts our ability to operate legally and safely, managing relationships with local government agencies, insurance carriers, and internal audit teams. This is a hands-on position requiring both strategic planning and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced data center environment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with city, county, and state inspectors to schedule and prepare for compliance audits and facility inspections
• Maintain current licensing certifications and insurance coverage documentation for all data center operations
• Develop and implement compliance checklists, tracking systems, and audit readiness procedures
• Prepare audit reports, remediation plans, and correspondence with regulatory agencies
• Partner with facility operations to address inspection findings and maintain ongoing compliance
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting Michigan data center operations and implement necessary updates
• Document all compliance activities and maintain organized records for regulatory review

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in data center operations, facility compliance, or regulatory audit management
• Strong understanding of building codes, municipal ordinances, and data center safety standards
• Experience coordinating with government inspectors and managing licensing requirements
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with compliance software or audit management systems preferred
