Customer Success Public Sector

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading European freelance marketplace platform in their search for a Customer Success professional specializing in the public sector. This Paris-based role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and government, ensuring seamless execution of framework agreements and public procurement processes.

As part of our client's Customer Success team, you'll be the operational bridge between a sophisticated digital platform and public sector organizations including ministries, local authorities, and public institutions across France.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training sessions for public sector clients, delivering product demonstrations and ensuring user adoption within government entities
• Manage the full lifecycle of public tenders and framework agreements (accords-cadres), ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations
• Proactively monitor contract timelines and budget consumption, anticipating renewals and ensuring business continuity
• Oversee public sector-specific administrative processes including quote management, purchase order compliance, Legal Commitments (Engagements Juridiques) tracking, and activity report validation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for public decision-makers, centralizing requests and resolving operational issues
• Maintain expertise in technical and administrative specifications (CCTP, CCAP, CCAG) and service level agreements unique to each framework agreement
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify process improvements and adapt platform functionality to public sector requirements
• Work closely with Account Managers to ensure coordinated support for public sector clients

What We're Looking For

• Public sector experience is mandatory – you must have prior experience working within or alongside French public administration
• Proven track record managing complex client relationships, onboarding large accounts, or operational contract management
• Strong understanding of public procurement processes, purchase orders, Chorus Pro, and budgetary validation workflows
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to administrative detail and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills, capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments from Procurement Directors to technical Project Managers
• Advanced proficiency with collaborative and analytical tools (Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, Looker)
• Interest in leveraging AI applications for operational efficiency
• Native or fluent French is essential for working with French public administration
• Professional-level English for internal communications within an international team
