The Opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Attendee Support team. This role is crucial for providing exceptional customer service to event attendees and assisting event organizers with various tasks during the peak season from October to December.
Your Responsibilities
- Answer calls and respond to emails from event attendees
- Assist in making changes to events, placing and changing orders as needed
- Follow customer service policies set by event organizers
- Work primarily during weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday between 8am - 6pm) and weekday afternoon/early evenings until 8 pm
- Provide clear, helpful, and correct information to customers and team members
- Stay calm and composed under high call volume or escalated customer interactions
- Practice good organization and time management skills
Who We're Looking For
- Attentive listening and concise verbal communication skills
- English speaking and hearing ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Bilingual applicants are preferred but not required
- Computer, internet, and keyboard proficiency
- Ability to gain proficiency in multiple platforms used by Brushfire for business operations
- Aptitude to thrive in a team environment and collaborate with others to solve problems
- Independent learner who can adapt without guided instruction
