We are seeking a high-volume organization providing services to over 50,000 pets annually. As a Customer Service Agent, you will join our team in the Customer Service Center where we handle an average of 4,000-5,000 calls each month. This role requires a customer-focused individual who is detail-oriented and efficient. You should be polite and professional in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from pet owners seeking information or assistance with services
- Provide accurate and timely information about our spay and neuter services
- Assist with scheduling appointments for pets
- Answer general inquiries related to our organization’s services and policies
- Ensure all interactions are conducted in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to work remotely with a stable internet connection
