Customer Service Agent

Advanced Air is seeking a part‑time Customer Service Agent to join its team in Gallup, McKinley County. In this position you will assist travelers, coordinate flight‑related inquiries, and help deliver the high‑touch service that defines our FAA‑approved Part 135 charter operation.

About the Role

The Customer Service Agent serves as the first point of contact for passengers and crew, handling reservations, itinerary changes, and general questions with professionalism and courtesy. You will work closely with operations staff to ensure smooth communication between the ground team and flight crews, supporting both scheduled and on‑demand charter services.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers, providing accurate information about flights, fares, and policies
• Process booking requests, modifications, and cancellations in the reservation system
• Assist passengers at the terminal with check‑in, baggage inquiries, and boarding procedures
• Relay important flight updates and operational details to crew members and ground support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
• Participate in team meetings to share feedback and suggest service improvements
• Adhere to all safety, security, and regulatory guidelines applicable to Part 135 operations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in hospitality, travel, or aviation is a plus
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within an airline, airport, or travel‑related environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor
• Proficiency with computer reservation systems and basic office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a part‑time schedule
• Reliable transportation to the Gallup, McKinley County location
