The Opportunity
We are seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our team at Walgreens in Avon, Ohio. As a key member of the pharmacy staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Register sales on assigned cash registers and provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service to customers.
- In accordance with state and federal regulations, assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
- Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information as needed.
- Ensure all transactions are accurate and complete, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail setting is highly desirable.
