What This Role Involves

This role is a casual position designed to cover sickness, leave, and high workload periods. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to interact with various stakeholders, including clients, volunteers, and other team members. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring that all interactions are positive and efficient.

Your Responsibilities

• Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing records
• Supporting the Animal Services team by providing general assistance where needed
• Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

What We're Looking For

• A passion for animal welfare and community engagement
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
