Customer Onboarding & Success Manager (m/w/d) 100% Remote möglich

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential health-tech organization that is scaling its data platform across the ambulatory care sector in Germany. Our talent team is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Success Manager to own the complete customer journey from contract signature through to operational success.

In this role, you will be the central point of contact for new clients, ensuring smooth and rapid onboarding:

• Lead kickoff meetings with new customers, establishing clear expectations, timelines, and responsibilities from day one
• Coordinate technical system integration alongside the data engineering team, managing installation of ETL software and liaising with practice IT departments or their system providers
• Serve as the primary contact throughout onboarding, maintaining proactive communication with clients
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, tracking commitments and ensuring customers become productive quickly
• Continuously improve the onboarding process through standardization, automation, and emerging AI capabilities
• Help shape the customer success function beyond go-live, building scalable support models as the organization grows

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as onboarding, implementation, customer success, account management, or project management with direct client interaction
• Ownership mentality – you take full responsibility for your customers and projects, driving initiatives to completion independently
• Technical aptitude with solid understanding of interfaces, databases, and IT infrastructure; willingness to learn new technical concepts
• Self-directed and structured work approach, capable of managing multiple customer projects in parallel with independent prioritization
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of direct customer contact
• German fluency required for client communication

Valuable additional experience:

• Background in the ambulatory healthcare market, ideally with practice management systems
• SaaS or software environment experience
• Track record building processes and documentation from the ground up
