Lead, Security Access Admin (Remote, Remote, HK)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consumer goods organization in their search for a Lead, Security Access Admin based in Hong Kong. This is a remote position reporting to the APAC region. Our client operates globally with a diverse technology landscape spanning cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and identity platforms.

In this role, you will lead Identity and Access Management and Security Operations initiatives, working across authentication, authorization, access governance, and security event monitoring. You will support critical systems including Entra ID, Azure, Active Directory, and SAP, while collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, auditors, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage access lifecycle and governance for Active Directory, SAP, and enterprise applications across APAC
• Support federation and single sign-on technologies
• Monitor and report on the identity threat landscape; document and escalate security incidents
• Manage expiring credentials and stakeholder communications
• Enforce Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls, including least-privilege and just-in-time access
• Administer SAP user access across ECC, BW, APO, and related systems—provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning aligned with global security standards
• Design, build, and maintain SAP roles using PFCG while ensuring Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance and proper organizational restrictions
• Troubleshoot authorization issues using SU53, ST01, SUIM, AGR tables, and related tools; implement sustainable solutions for recurring access problems
• Support SAP security during system implementations: security blueprinting, role mapping, build, transport coordination, UAT, and post-go-live support
• Triage security tickets including access requests, authorization failures, GRC workflow issues, and user lock/expiration troubleshooting while meeting SLAs
• Provide audit and compliance support by generating user access reports, role change documentation, Firefighter logs, and SoD risk analysis
• Partner with Internal Audit, External Audit, and Compliance teams during control reviews and remediation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 2+ years performing Information Security duties
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Controls, Single Sign-On (SSO), Windows Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, and IGA solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and evolving technical landscapes
• Demonstrates initiative and performs effectively with limited supervision
• Customer service oriented mindset
