Role Overview

Shape Exceptional Visitor Experiences at Africa’s Leading Mixed-Use Destination. The V&A Waterfront is one of Africa’s most iconic mixed-use destinations, welcoming millions of local and international visitors every year. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be part of our dedicated Visitor Experience team, ensuring that each visitor has an unforgettable experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Assist with wayfinding and provide information about the V&A Waterfront’s various attractions, events, and services.
• Engage in proactive communication to enhance visitor satisfaction and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new initiatives and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Passionate, customer-centric, and experienced in providing exceptional customer service.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
