What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Assist with wayfinding and provide information about the V&A Waterfront’s various attractions, events, and services. Engage in proactive communication to enhance visitor satisfaction and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new initiatives and customer service best practices. Requirements Passionate, customer-centric, and experienced in providing exceptional customer service. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
