Role Overview
Your purpose is to become an integral part of our vibrant, cosmopolitan European luxury brand, Explora Journeys. As a dedicated ambassador, you will represent our values and enhance the guest experience at our Experience Centres in Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and engaging guests to ensure their experience is memorable and aligns with our brand ethos.
- Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of events and activities within the Experience Centre.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information about our luxury ships and destinations.
- Collaborating with team members to create an exceptional guest experience that exceeds expectations.
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks efficiently.
- Passion for travel and hospitality industry experience a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also taking initiative independently.
